The IDEAS Festival is a not-for-profit event hosted by the Educational Charity IEX. 

Youth Leadership and Mentorship. 

We're proud to offer youth leadership and presentation training  as part of the IDEAS Festival.

Students can participate as volunteer assistants, youth representatives, and Student Leaders to lead workshops and provide positive examples for younger students.

We want youth to develop skills in critical thinking, self-management, communication, empathy & resilience.

 

That's why we engage them to help us design, plan, and implement the IDEAS Festival.
